At Griffin Home Inspections, we firmly believe in full disclosure. Our customers can be assured that we work solely for them and in accordance with the South Carolina “ Standards of Practice” set by ASHI (American society of home inspectors).
The home inspection is not influenced by any other parties that may be involved in the real estate transaction. Unfortunately, in the real estate world, home inspectors are at times pressured into making light of findings or possibly even omitting them. This generally ends up costing the home buyer a lot of unnecessary expensed down the road. We have heard many horror stories from buyers concerning home inspections that have been compromised.
At Griffin Home Inspections we take pride in the fact that over 75% of our customers are from past, buyer and seller referrals. We do not pay real estate companies or other associated affiliates to be on what is sometimes called “The Preferred Realtors List” as we believe this to be a conflict of interest.
